Every year Jane Hart collects – from hundreds of learning professionals – their top 10 of tools for learning. Apparently now it is time for the top 10 over 2010. So I also posted my top 10 tools that I favor for learning. It is the top 10 of tools that I learn from, not the top 10 of tools that I create or publish learning with. In that case it would be easy, since I work for a company that sells and implements those tools. My top 10 would – in that case – contain tools like: Articulate, SmartBuilder, Lectora, Viewletbuilder, Xyleme LCMS, EKP LMS and the Confluence wiki etc. But I would be biased, wouldn’t I? No, it will be a list of tools that I use for learning myself.
Well, most learning I do is driven from within myself, often incidental and casual, serendipitous even. The tools I put in my top 10 are mostly tools that would be considered tools that are used for informal learning. Actually since I am with the Courseware Company it has changed a bit (6 weeks ago)…
